How to actually hold the guitar to optimize your posture and left hand thumb positioning. Let me reveal how to actually sit with comfort so you can focus on expressing yourself without worrying about your posture. 

Any player will get something out of this video and I would highly suggest you see if you're sitting with good posture by filming yourself or looking in front of a mirror. It all starts with being fully relaxed before we dive into playing the guitar.
