NEW COVER SONG!

It's been almost a year since I released music under my cover song moniker, Casey Monroe, so I'm excited to share a new track with you: my acoustic cover of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young's 1970 classic, "Our House." This project was specially inspired by a fan who reached out asking for a version for his son's wedding.

The history behind the original track is a classic: In 1969, Graham Nash and Joni Mitchell were living together in Laurel Canyon. After grabbing breakfast on Ventura Boulevard, they bought a cheap vase at an antique store. When they got home, Nash lit a fire, Mitchell put flowers in the vase, and Nash sat down at her piano to capture that cozy, domestic moment, writing "Our House" in just an hour.  

I hope this acoustic version brings that same warmth to your day!
